Busy weeks..

Hello all! It's me again... Long time no update cos I was super busy for the past few weeks, especially last week for Asia Conference 2008...

RP
  • Things has been going quite well for me except for FYP..
  • Pon 2-3 lessons with Dreamers for outings (except 1 time for FYP and other stuffs)..
  • Went off 1-2 times during 2nd breakout/3rd meeting to rush off to settle some stuffs..
  • Daily grades oso got ups and downs..
  • UT1 grades worst (1 B, 1 C, 1 D, 1 D+)
  • FYP weekly log haven touch yet.. Minutes of Meetings only submitted 2 to FYP portal..
  • NAPFA test choose to postpone due to rushing off to collect refund (for IC) + parent's marriage anniversary dinner..
  • Think it's just like that as far as I can remember ba..
CHC (E447) (CG - Cell Group)
  • Chiong-ed 1 day for doing most of the part for CG blog..
  • More busy (and stress?) thanks to Jia Yun who arrowed me to take over her as Birthday I/C for CG..
  • Very soon I will arrow another person in CG to take over me as Song Sheet I/C liao.. Cannot 1 shot take too many roles because in Usher Ministry I still got some other roles..
  • Other than that it's as usual..
CHC (Usher Ministry)
  • Reshuffling of groups --> Re-allocation of groups.
  • Previous group: G4S5-C
  • Current group: G4S1-A
  • Asia Conference, served for Wednesday night, Saturday afternoon & evening, Sunday morning.. Super tired after every night (when serving).. Really need to pray for strength man..
  • Because of reshuffling of groups, therefore Welfare I/Cs part also somehow affected..
  • New/additional roles to play within this new group of Welfare I/Cs dept = More responsibilities..
  • Think that's all for now ba..
Bus Enthusiasts
  • As usual problems keep happening..
  • Some sensitive/private issues which are not convenient to say it out here..
  • But it's not everything problems here and there, as there are still bound to have a bit of good things happening..
  • Quite disappointed for BECG (West side).. Don't wish to say anything further here..
Other things which I wanna thank God for.. (for the past few weeks)
  • A kind soul found back all my lost cards (when I lost my wallet about 3 weeks back) which includes the most important thing - IC.
  • Because of IC found close to the end of the 2 weeks grace period (from the day I go ICA to pay $100 for new IC), I get my $100 refund!!
  • 1 of my bus enthusiast friends whose has a open heart for Christ.. But whether he chooses to commit to which church (whether mine or Roderick's one), it's all up to him because we respect his decision and not to forcefully drag him in as we want to be fair to everyone..
  • Asia Conference 2008 to be a anointing and impacting one as I learnt something great out from the sessions and in terms of ushering, having a great time too..
For the last 2 days after the night session, I don't know is it God's blessing or what, kena the only Service 24 bus with Asia Conference ad (ah I still haven snap that shot SBS8238E, with SBS8042C from Service 24 and 2 other buses from Service 128 with the crossovers to Service 265 and 269). More than just that, it's the various sessions that really impacted me a lot especially the opening session on Wednesday night and Sunday morning's session..

I think I will update till here first.. Got time I will post more... Lolx..

Some super overdue photos below.. Lolx..

A tragic day to be remembered..

(Sorry to delay the photos for JT and Irvin's birthday because of what I am gonna blog below..)

A tragic day to be remembered..

Yes... This day/date shall be Thursday. 30th October 2008.. Around 6pm, at the bus stop along Changi Rd (outside Venture Era there) =.="

What a way to end off the month of October... =.="

And it's just nice when Reuben and myself were about to onboard Service 2 down to City Hall area for dinner at around 5pm++ (close to 6pm) and this tragic thing happened to me..

All the while I have been quite cautious of my wallet and other important belongings such as handphones etc..

But....

On this very tragic date and time, I don't know how come I can freaking afford to drop my wallet (I guess so), and let me list down the things which was inside my wallet (those which I can remember one..)
  • IC
  • POSB ATM Card
  • EZ-link Card
  • Cash money of about $100
  • Passion membership card (RP and Community Club one)
  • ZONE-X Arcade Card
  • SD Card (Which contains the recent photos in my camera cos my camera under maintainence)
  • Some of the older bus tickets
  • TECMAN membership card
  • Some other cards which I forgot what liao..
The most heartbroken thing is that the wallet is something which my sister bought for me for my birthday this year, and the amount is a sum which is not cheap at all.... $99....

Yesterday night, got a good lecture by my mum, and on this night I felt super sad, super useless, super condemned, and I just can't resist it but to weep for like say half an hour..

At 1 point of time, I just feel that I have let down to my family a lot, especially my parents and sister, for all the wrongdoings or the carelessness things that I have done.. Been on this Earth for 20 years ++ and I still can afford to commit such things... Sometimes I just really need to reflect more deeply onto myself, what I have done for the past 20 years.. Next year is going to be the start of my adulthood when I turn 21, and how can I change myself for the better... Haiz..

This afternoon after my cell group meeting, I feel much more better but still not 100% yet.. I guess my life still have to move on no matter what.. What's done cannot be undone, and through this, it is a great lesson to be taught to me..

Have a few people that I really wish to thank for the past few days when this thing happened..
  • Reuben (for being by my side when this thing happened, and the treat for dinner + trip back home, and all the things that you have told me especially at the bridge at Harbourfront..)
  • Fang Sheng (for being my companion when taking Service 963 back home from Harbourfront, and to cheer up my mood while inside the bus)
  • My parents (for the new wallet + ez-link card that they have made for me although I get hell lecture from my mum)
  • A few other friends for being a listening ear to me when I told them about it..
I just hope that after this incident, I will be more (100x) cautious than ever in future, and not to lose my wallet in future (especially when there's my original IC inside).. Meanwhile I need some time to regain my mood...
