Time to update le..

Quite some time since my last updates..

Tuesday, 20th March 2007:
Me and Benjamin decided to go for a tour in the Sentosa to take photos of the places that are going to make way for the upcoming IR very soon.. On that day, we did not really took bus a lot, because we actually walked a lot more instead, and take photos more to the surrounding building/scenery shots.. I shall let the photos do more of the talking later on in below. (after this blog entry)

This is the day which I started working at The Cafe Cartel (TCC in short) @ Junction 8 (Bishan). 1st day of working inside there.. Not bad through.. Time to learn something fresh for me.. Hence this F&B Industry.. Worked from 12pm to 4pm but before that I need to reach there at 11:30am for the briefing and to settle some stuffs.. Get to meet new friends down there.. 1st day of work initially the manager said today she guided me personally because shortage of people.. In the end, she asked Solomon to guide me along, so for the whole day, he would be the one guiding me what to do and what to say when customers asked questions.. A very nice and easy-going person.. =)

After work, as I was reaching Bishan Int, I saw the Nokia Bus (SBS2812L) turning out of Bishan Int, and guess what? It's Service 54 (saw the rear desto)! Was kinda shocked but when i boarded the bus at Bishan St 11 bus stop (as it goes 1 big loop along the inner part of Bishan St 11) and I don't know whether it's a good or a bad news for me, and to my bus enthusiast friends. It has the white sticker with handwritten "54" on it. (Means it's perm on Service 54 and no longer on Service 162 le..) Boarded and chatted with the BC for 1 whole trip to New Bridge Rd Terminal and took his bus all the way till Scotts Rd where I transfered to another bus back home..

Sad news because I did not even capture a single shot of SBS2812L during its Service 162 days..

Happy news because I can ride on that bus back home after work, but must depend on luck because this service does CLOWBUS (or jump bus for some who understand it through this phrase)

2nd day of work at TCC. Got more people to guide me through, and they are all very patience, kind and friendly.. At the same time, there's another newcomer working also and i happen to know more about him.. But still, I have to take quite some time to remember all your names.. =)

During lunch time, I happened to saw a young guy (age roughly the same as mine) with formal wear and a old lady.. From my mind I was already thinking whether that guy is from VE, and bingo! When I saw him taking out a small black box with the magnetic bracelet, immediately I saw the VE logo on the top of the black box.. Didn't think too much at that time because I was concentrating on my work instead at that time. Well.. It's better for me not to think too much of that already.. Haiz..

After work, i received sms-es that another Nokia Bus (SBS2779A) was cameo-ing on Service 156. So i waited until about 4:45pm (thanks to Malcolm for giving me the estimated time arrival of that bus arriving at opp Bishan MRT bus stop). Nice ride on that bus but it's damn packed fully with people until it reach Sengkang area.. After that took another bus back home..

Not bad not bad.. 1st 2 days of work at Bishan already I got 2 different Nokia buses to ferry me home.. =p But it will not be lucky everytime because the timing for the deployment of these few buses may changed..

Friday, 23th March 2007:
Last Friday.. In morning, I wanted to try my luck to pong on that TIB877U on Service 184 because I wanna do some checkout of the timing for the Service 975 morning crossover bendy. After got the timing everything when I pong on that TIB877U, I went back home first.. Went to Woodlands Regional Interchange after a while at home because I was quite sianz at home.. After that went back home again because Darren's coming to my house for some stuffs and preparation for the TKD grading at night. Close to evening time, both me and Darren made a trip down to SNWF (Singapore National Wushu Federation) to settle some stuffs there before we made our trip back to Blk 527 Jelapang Rd there for the TKD grading..

I was quite panic and nervous at first because I long time never do grading le.. Then when it's my turn, I did until halfway and then all of a sudden I panicked and forgotten the next few steps of Tekken 4.. In the end, me and another fella were told to move aside and practice first 1 more time.. And finally, I managed to do it again correctly, with the sparring also.

Went with Darren after that for dinner at Greenridge before we headed back home..

Saturday, 24th March 2007 - Monday, 26th March 2007
From Last Saturday to last Monday (3 days consecutively), I have been going to Sentosa like mad with my friends.. Saturday is with some of my bus enthusiast friends like ZP they all.. Sunday is with 2 of my bus enthusiast juniors and later on at night went to have dinner together with Bing He and his 2 friends.. Monday is go alone but later on Bing He came to look for me in the afternoon. Dinner settled at outside for all 3 days.. Shall let the photo do more talking later on..

Tuesday, 27th March 2007:
Yesterday, nothing much.. As usual, afternoon I went out for some spotting and in the end, i saw a B9TL and a Trident on Service 74 (1 after another bus) and went to Marymount to catch it in the end.. The trident reached Buona Vista Terminal at about 5:20pm, me and Bing He was waiting all the way until after 6:20pm and it still don't want to come out.. EDS kept on switching on and off as seen from far. Damn fed-up, and we took the next 106 bus down and i transfer to Service 184.. Night time went for TKD training.. As usual, I was late for training lolx..

Wednesday, 28th March 2007:
As usual working at J8.. Nothing much happening.. Only the thing is that we encountered a group of nasty customers who act as if they were some queens of *t00t* and when i asked them how many forks they wanted, 1 of them demand me and said "Don't know how to count yourself mehz?" in a very nasty tone.. How would they expect me to know exactly forks do they really need.. Nevermind.. Our manager told us that usually this kind of nasty attitude situations when managers approached them, those customers they somehow automatically will keep quiet one, and asked us not to worry too much.. =) What a good manager that we have.. =)

After work, very sianz.. Wanted to try luck for Nokia bus (either Service 54 or 156) but no luck.. Sianz.. Then took another service back home lo..

At night training as usual.. Nothing much except i got my 2nd black tip for San Shou.. After training went to BPJ Plaza with Darren for a light dinner before we headed back home..
