Fruitful weekend..

Yeah! The most happiest day/days always come from weekends!

Every weekends, it's the time whereby I will get refreshed, like what Raymond 1st told me before I accepted Christ.. =)

Saturday, is our cell (group) meeting.. all of us came together as a cell to worship & praise God, listen to the Word during preaching, fellowship with one another... Different sermons every week, so different things to learn and apply it to our own daily lives.. This week it's about what God expects from all us, to be
  1. Faithfulness
  2. Fruitfulness
  3. Full of faith
The point that really strikes in my mind the most is the 3rd point.. The faith level that I have in me.. In my daily lives, whenever I faced any difficulties, obstacles or breakthroughs, ask myself, what's my faith level that I have to really overcome all the difficulties, obstacles or breakthroughs.. Also, the spiritual discipline that I have right now, to really reflect back, I thought of whether have I really set aside a period of time for EVERY single day, to be with God, to have my quiet time with God..

Went to watch "The Leap Year" with some of my cell friends after cell meeting & dinner.. Storyline I will say it's nice, but with the presence of Li Lin acting in this movie, somehow or rather I just find the movie being spoiled in a certain way... Hope it will be a good experience for her since this is the 1st movie that she has acted (IIRC, if i remembered correctly), and then move on to improve her acting skills.. =)

Sunday wise, it will be service. Ever since I started to serve in Usher ministry (from starting of this year), I have been disciplining myself to wake up early and set off at 6:15am for the 1st Service 966 bus from the bus stop nearest to my home. Although I can be physically tired due to lack of sleep probably, but spiritually, I am always not.. I will always remember what Pastor Kong said this to all of us, that "You may work or study part-time, but... you are serving God overtime". The keyword here is "overtime". Everytime I look at my spiritual friends (other than my cell group) such as Ben (aka SBS9888Y in SGF), being so hungry and wanting to be more like Jesus Christ, it somehow really encouraging me and I would tend to take a step back to reflect myself of the spiritual lives & growth that I have with God.. Although I am still somehow young in Christ, but that doesn't mean I will limit myself to what I can do.. Through the ministry and my personal quiet time, I would be able to experience more things and things that I have prayed for shall come to pass 1 day... =)

Went for fellowship cum lunch at East Point foodcourt after I finished serving, and some of us talked about the investment thing which has got to do with a particular company (I shall not name the company out, find out from me if you really want to know..), and then off I went to Simei St 1 bus stop to meet up with Isaac on CityShopper service 579 down to Suntec for I.T show, walk around here and then until halfway whereby Isaac needs to go for his service in the vicinity of Suntec City as well, and I went to look for my brother and dad... For me I just got a new MP4 player because my existing Creative Zen player has somehow turned into "iPod shuffle" which simply means the screen is spoiled but still can played songs.. Amazing yeah.. Went to take Service 700A back home later and now here I am at my home..

Have a good week ahead and may God bless everyone here! Take care and cya around!
